Paul joined Lam Partners in 1984, back when the firm was William Lam Associates. He has over 36 years of extensive experience in lighting design, having collaborated on a wide range of project types, both nationally and internationally. He especially loves working on civic, museum, and art-related project types.

In addition to the energy that goes into the early concept-exploration phase of each project, Paul really enjoy the hands-on experience of being on site to assist with the aiming and fine-tuning in the final stage of the project, when it all comes together. He loves being on lifts and ladders!
