In the heart of Boston, the second floor of One Financial Center has been transformed into a state-of-the-art amenity space, redefining sophistication and modernity across its 26,000 square feet. The project demanded a reimagining of the building’s central hub, resulting in a multifunctional area that caters to a diverse range of needs.

The newly renovated space boasts an array of conference and event rooms, open seating areas, breakout spaces, and a fitness center, culminating in a rooftop deck for relaxation and fitness activities. Central to the project’s success is the installation of custom freeform Turf ceiling baffles, which, alongside lighting fixtures reminiscent of boat sails, play a pivotal role in achieving the design vision.

The media boardroom and reconfigurable conference rooms are illuminated to foster focus and creativity, with lighting that adapts to various meeting and event sizes. The fitness center, Fit 2, featuring a full gym and a separate room for fitness classes, alongside an adjacent roof deck for yoga and relaxation, benefits from lighting that motivates and invigorates.
