Designed by STROIK Lighting Design prior to joining Lam Partners, this LEED Platinum-certified 12-story, 548,000-square-foot apartment building was designed around a central sculpture garden courtyard, adjacent to a modern art museum in a repurposed historic school building. Featuring an art-inspired aesthetic, the building includes thoughtfully illuminated public spaces such as lounges, a library, meeting rooms, a game room, and a penthouse with dining areas and stunning city views. The rooftop deck offers a pool, barbecue areas, and firepit lounges. A welcoming double-height lobby with sculptural wood slats and a glass bridge enhances the entry experience. The lighting design throughout, from the sculpture garden amphitheater to the penthouse and rooftop, balances accent lighting and indirect illumination, creating an inviting and visually engaging environment for residents and the surrounding community.
