The rehabilitation of the historic Anderson Memorial Bridge has given new life to this existing landmark, connecting Cambridge and Allston/Boston. Reproduction post-top lanterns were designed, based upon historic photos of the original fixtures – recreating the original lighting, using modern technology. Accent lighting of bridge arches and pilasters reveals the architectural form at night, and further revives this recognizable feature on the Boston/Cambridge skyline.
