300 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge MA offers 265,000 square feet of space on six floors, plus a mechanical penthouse, and was designed for laboratory and office use. Lighting design was provided for the lobby and elevator lobby, entry vestibules, reception desk, restrooms, and special features/signage. On the exterior, the lighting design included the building façade and entry and landscape at the street level.
