Lam Partners Wins Light Boston Lechmere Viaduct Competition

A team from Lam Partners took home first place in the Light Boston Lechmere Viaduct competition!
This dark MBTA bridge is often forgotten next to its neighbors, the Zakim and the Longfellow bridges. This inventive competition sought out lighting proposals for illuminating the 1800ft long concrete span that carries the Green Line over the Charles River near the Museum of Science, originally constructed in 1910.
