Come join principal Glenn Heinmiller as he presents in the second series of the wildly popular BSA / IES Boston Fee Negotiation. Part Two will focus on negotiations between architects and their consultants. Representatives from various disciplines will discuss their experience determining the appropriate fee for their services, and the factors that impact these conversations.
