This 17-story, 450,000-square-foot Class-A office building in Boston’s Seaport District promotes sustainable design, while enhancing neighborhood vibrancy and innovation within the building. Lighting was carefully selected for both sustainable and aesthetic opportunities. Tenant amenities include a private fitness center and a rooftop terrace with sweeping skyline and harbor views. 121 Seaport achieved LEED Platinum efficiency certification; the site commanded creative orientation and material selection, and from these incremental developments has become an unprecedented embodiment of sustainability.
